Sentry Box Trivia
Founder Gordon Johansen started selling games out of his Montego MX trunk in the late 1970s to university gaming clubs.
One couple met at the Sentry Box and it was only natural that it became their wedding venue. They exchange vows on the mezzanine and played board games not too long after.
Feature Film Lloyd the Conqueror filmed at the store at the same time as Bronwyn filmed b roll for the mini documentary. She now works in the film industry in Calgary as well.
