We may from time to time send you mailings on behalf of other organizations or clubs that relate to your interests. These would typically be for things like local conventions, new clubs forming, etc. This will be set up as a separate mailing list that you can freely opt-out of.

 

Any data you give us is protected by both hardware and software firewalls and is on our own server. Credit card data is kept in blocks of four numbers on our point of sale system and these blocks are randomly shuffled with every other customer in our database. Only our proprietary POS system can see them as a combined number with the expiry date.
